Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Squada. By using Squada, you agree to these terms.

Use of the app

Squada is intended for private fantasy groups. You are responsible for your account, your group activity, and the content you submit. Do not misuse the app, interfere with the service, or use it for unlawful activity.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You may delete your account from app Settings or request deletion through our Delete Account page.

Groups and content

Group names, squads, match data, comments, activity, and related content may be visible to members of the same group. You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant Squada a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the app and make it available to the relevant group members.

You must have the right to submit your content. Do not submit unlawful, threatening, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, infringing, deceptive, or spam content. Group admins are responsible for managing their private groups fairly.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

You can report a match comment or block its author from the comment menu. Blocking hides that member's comments and reactions from you, and you can unblock them later. You can also report a concern through the Squada Support page.

Group admins may remove comments in their groups. Squada may review reports and remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or take other reasonable action when these Terms are violated or when needed to protect users and the service.

No gambling service

Squada is not a gambling operator, sportsbook, payment processor, or betting service. Any group rules or arrangements outside the app are the responsibility of the users involved.

Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app. We work to keep Squada reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
